Life doesn’t come with a manual. From the moment we take our first steps, we navigate its unpredictable twists and turns, learning through moments of joy, and often through profound challenges that leads to personal transformation and renewal.
Along the way, the people who touch our lives, family, friends, mentors, and even strangers leave an indelible mark, guiding us, inspiring us, or teaching us lessons we didn’t know we needed.
More importantly, the women around us: mothers, sisters, friends, neighbors, or mentors, profoundly influence our lives. Their words, actions, or even their silences planted seeds of resilience, strength, and possibility within us.
Sometimes, even a story shared on a blog is the hand that helps steady us through this journey of personal transformation.
At Ms. Normal blog, I aim to be one of those hands.
This blog is a heartfelt space where I explore the complexities of life through reflections on career, marriage, parenting, divorce, relationships, wellness, and spirituality—topics that shape and define us as women navigating an ever-changing world.

I’ve often reflected on my own journey. On the surface, I seemed to have it all: a strong education, a thriving corporate career, international experiences, a loving marriage, and a beautiful family.
Behind the scenes, life was quietly reshaping me. My 40s ushered in a season of profound change—divorce, career transition, financial recalibration, health challenges, and a long-overdue midlife reckoning. Everything I thought I knew about myself was invited into deeper inquiry.
That pause became revelatory. I realized I had spent much of my life meeting expectations that weren’t truly mine.
What began as discomfort evolved into clarity. Rebuilding my life became an act of self-trust, one that taught me to choose authenticity, welcome change, and uncover purpose even when the path felt uncertain.
Now, I share my journey to connect with others who may be facing similar crossroads—women asking themselves whether they’re truly living life on their terms. My hope is that this space becomes a source of inspiration, encouragement, and community for women on their journey to personal transformation.
